On 28th February 2018, Dr Brenda Yip delivered a CPD seminar on “The Challenge of Transition from Traditional Contract to NEC Forms of Contract in Hong Kong” organised by the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (Hong Kong Branch).
Around 120 members from the Institute attended this evening event. Brenda gave an update on the NEC Public Works Contracts in Hong Kong and revealed the challenge of delivering these projects in mobilisation, contract strategy, contract administration and project management. Following the seminar there were numerous questions and an interactive discussion from the floor.
