We are pleased to announce that, by an amicable agreement between the shareholders of BK Asia Pacific Limited on 26th October 2017:
• Battersby Holdings Limited will acquire the shares held by Burns Associates Limited giving it full ownership of BK Asia Pacific Limited;
• John D Baker will resign as a director of BK Asia Pacific Limited and Battersby Kingsfield Limited;
• BK Asia Pacific Limited’s shareholdings in BK Burns Limited, BK Burns Limited (BVI) and BK Burns Thailand Limited will be acquired by Burns Associates Limited.
The day to day operations of the BKAsiaPacific Group in Hong Kong (including China and Macau), Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam (including Cambodia) will be unaffected by these changes in ownership. The operating companies will be re-branded as BKAsiaPacific. Moving forward this will enable the BKAsiaPacific Group to strengthen its management, both through promotions from within the Group and through the recruitment of new people in certain key areas giving the Group greater strength in depth to sustain and enhance the quality of service to our clients and partners.
