Pre and Post Contract, project and contract administration including risk management, procurement, programme analysis, cost reporting, variation and claim management.

Pre-Contract experience includes drafting and negotiating both Target Cost and Fixed Price Lump Sum Contracts in Hong Kong, Macau and Philippines

Commercial and
contract advice

Developing the commercial strategy for the project and then following the strategy through to delivery. Where the commercial strategy includes risk management and allocation through procurement as well as administration and management of variations, claims and disputes.

Management of the procurement and supply chain to ensure timely delivery.

Managing the change management process and providing guidance and support to the commercial teams to ensure timely submission of notices and claim particulars.
