Professional experience covers quantity surveying on construction and fit-out of luxury hotels and resorts, large scale residential, commercial and mixed use developments, industrial buildings and civil engineering works. Such experience covers the full project cycle from feasibility studies, cost planning and preparation of bills of quantities/pricing schedules and tender and contract documents through contract administration to final account and close out.

Commercial Management

On the basis of performing various commercial management functions for both the developers and contractors, has gained comprehensive knowledge of construction and construction methods, as well as the laws relating to construction projects and accounting. On the basis of this experience and knowledge provides commercial advice to clients paying particular attention to maximizing benefits from contracts they enter into and minimizing their downside risk.
